Reaching the Peak of Mt. Sembrano (745+)

Mt. Sembrano is 745 MASL and the trail is a bit challenging because there will be a rough road that leads to a rocky path. You might encounter locals that would offer to get  a fresh coconut juice for only 10 pesos. There are many Mango trees at the beginning of the trail. At the summit, the view is scenic, the view of Laguna Lake, Talim Island, Mt. Makiling are also seen while you are in the summit. 

The Three Island You Should Not Missed in Siargao Island

Siargao Island is known as the surfing capital of the Philippines. If your intention is only to surf then Gen. Luna, Siargao Island is the best place to be. However, if you are planning for an island to hop then Siargao Island are not just a surfing capital but offer you to go exploring the island just nearby Gen. Luna.

The three islands in Siargao is just approximately 30 minutes pump boat ride. So, you should not missed  this island during your summer getaway.

Conquer Corregidor Island

After my Siargao Trip, my friend Jeff invited me to go along with him together with the other friends to discover the Corregidor Island. Indeed, this island is one of the place that I want to visit. Of course, I didn't refused for his invitation.

The day after my Siargao trip, I met them at Taft avenue in Manila. Then, headed to CCP complex and got our reservation tickets.

The tour is actually FREE. Yes! Jeff won a tickets good for four person and I am the one he choose to go along with him.

The Beauty of Siargao Island

Siargao Island is also known as the Surfing Capital in the Philippines. It is a tear-drop shaped island in the country and in the province of Surigao Del Norte. The best month to go Siargao to do surfing is from August to November because it has excellent surfing condition.

So, if your purpose is to surf then Gen. Luna is the best place to be as this is the place where you can catch the best waves.

Our trip to Siargao Island was so tiring and yet so much fun. The tiring trip was worth the pain of our butt on different rides because the places are breathtaking.
